Sun Com, AT&T rip-off! Charleston South Carolina
I was a loyal customer for many years. I received a bill for outrageous roaming charges that I received on my bill in my home town that was during the time that I was working. It was in my calling area.
When I called to complain about it the representative was rude and refused to let me speak to a supervisor and told me it would not be changed. I read a copy of their policy in their store that stated after your anniversary date you could choose to continue on a month to month basis with out being charged a fee for discontinuing service. They are still trying to charge me saying that it doesn't apply. They seem to be out to 'RIP-OFF' the public.
