Complaint Review: Sun Valley Properties Inc - surprise Arizona

So out of 26 invoices and 2795.00 you know try and say they were all  "late or incomplete". You have paid nothing. Sun Valley Properties ( Markeeese Boler) still try and send me work orders on  Jan 15th. (Six months after) and try and "settle" for 900.00 yet all 27 jobs were "late or incomplete". Nice try... No one is buying this scam.. Very convenient for Sun Valley. It would be believable, if you paid some of the invoices, but you have not... This Markeese Boler talks big, but is the worst manager in the business. I could post all 2500 photos but will not waste my time..

To start, Sun Valley Property Services is a great company looking to grow everyday. I have worked for multiple companies in this industry and when work was completed correct and on time I was paid for it but for some odd reason the same companies are on ripoff report along with Sun Valley Property Services. So I think it's very ignorant that contractors come on here to post their negative comments about good companies when you know your work was incomplete or late. I have hired multiple subcontractors and a majority of these contractors just don't understand this business. If you complete work correct you will be paid for it. If not, clients don't pay and you will not be paid. In response to the ad I have emails, photos,and etc. of everything you have done for us if you did your job correctly you would have been paid the correct amount. There are so many vendors/contractors out there that cannot do anything correct. After deducting money constantly sending training forms and multiple phone calls explaining what to do you should get it but clearly not. If you complete the work correct the first time there would not be any issues. Contractors are so experienced when you set them up with your company and once you get them started they have no clue on how things work.

Photos are the eyes in this industry and if you don't take correct photos there is no way we can prove work is done correct and Incomplete/Late work is not paid for or deducted by clients. In all contracts it states if work is not completed on time or correct it can results in no pay or deductions. What I would advise to most contractors is if you don't understand this business find a new field for your benefit.

Sun Valley Property Services is a great company and with good contractors work is completed on time along with great quality. With that being said I have multiple contractors that have been paid for work and that's being paid as we continue to grow.

In response to the ad perhaps if you did your job correctly you would have been paid the correct amount. There are so many vendors/contractors out there that cannot do anything correct. After money is deducted we expect you to understand , I would like you to post your photos which I know isn't good along with proof that the work was completed on time. So you put yourself in that situation in your contract it clearly states all work should be completed on time with correct photos or it can result in no pay or deductions.

Pictures are everything, if we do not have the right photos our clients deduct money. Which is what we are required to do, I have lost multiple clients due to the incomplete and late work from contractors so what I would advise is if you don't understand the business and can't complete work correct choose another field to work in. Sun Valley Property Services is a great company and with the right vendors we always perform at a high level.
