My reviews of Suncoast Auto Transport and the jerk owner of the company Jon Genereux are horrible to say the least. These guys invest a lot in paying for false reviews online, so their reputation seems solid but if you dig deeper you'll notice that ll the positive reviews are fake and just trying to bury all the negative Suncoast Auto Transport reviews on the internet. 

If you find yourself about to do business with these guys, watch for their infamous "bait and switch" tactics. 

Worst part -- if you do pay Suncoast Auto Transport the deposit, after you've paid customer services is NON EXISTANT.

Not sure who is writing this review as per our records we have not done business with any Tim. No where have we ever charged anyone any money without providing a service so this review on that affect is completely untrue. No where was there any bait and switch as this consumer is saying done as we always give the standard rates on the routes and explain to every customer by phone and through contract signed by the customer that as a broker in this industry our job is to have access to every car hauler in the u.s. and to list customers vehicle and to loccate carriers running particular and available routes.

Though 95% of the time all major routes in the u.s. get picked up within a 1 to 5 days window it is possible for no carriers to be running a route and at that point the only thing that can be done is to wait until a carrier gets on it for scheduling or another option customers always have is to up the bid that the carriers see it listed for to entice them to get on the route if they are not on it. As a broker we do not control any carriers and what route they run and we never guarantee any pick up dates to any customer until they have been scheduled on a carrier and we have obtained the particular carrier that will be doing the transport.

Provide your refence number on the job you placed here so a better explanation can be given on this review and so we can provide the contract that explains and shows that this customer signed explaining that nothing was done wrong on our part. And for this person to say we load up all our rfeviews with fake ones is untrue as the BBB regulates it all and we work very hard for the reputation that we have and are not in business to do customers wrong in any way shape or form. Again we have not charged this customer anything if we haven't located a customer and would like to see proof that we did.
