SunCoast Vacations Lied,stoled, cheated us out of our monies Largo Florida
My husband and I went to SunCoast presentation on September 15,2007. Talking to their representative and explained to him that we have a time share with another company which we are pleased with. we would only use this service for Airplane tickets. He said that it would not save us money for national flights but for international flights would be a huge saving! We asked him how much saving and explained to him that we had just got back from Mexico and our tickets were 459.00 each, he said that it would be way cheaper than that. And that we can get out of the company at any time if we were not pleased with SunCoast. We said how much cheaper a ball park figure on Mexico flights, the representative quoted" 250.00" tickets each. On his word we went ahead and "bought" into their company. In December 2007, We were calling for that great rate, found out that it is NO cheaper than us looking it up on the internet itself. We called the company in Florida and asked to speak to the person in charge, he said I was lying and that the Portland Representative DID NOT say anything like that, that the flights changed on a daily basis. My husband called Florida and talked to the same person in charge and he told my husband that we could not get out of the contact. Do not go with this company!!!! We now have a huge headache that we are dealing with. Thanks
