Complaint Review: Sundance Vacations - Nationwide

Hi, I am a Sundance Junkie. A friend of mine got "the call" the other day from Sundance after a Clapton concert. She was skeptical so she gave me a call after she told them to call back the following day. She knows I love Sundance. She is aware of the 7 free trips I have received from in the last 5 years. So I told her what I do. back story... I first got "the call" 5 yrs ago after I filled out some form in Jersey somewhere when I was drunk. The chick that called me the first time, Marcie, was a very nice girl. We still talk on the phone to this day and we have meet in person but I regress. She was pleasant, great voice, and what she was saying was convincing if you take it at face value, and I did. Gee, airfare and 2 nights in a hotel away from here, I was on it. I went to the office in...Hasbrook Heights I think, although I have been to most of their offices in the last 5 years, Hasbrook, Rockaway, Princeton, King of Prussia, and Harrisburg recently as well as another trip to Rockaway for another cruise, opps regressing again. Here's the deal... You go to a game or event and this dude with a pen starts talking to you about 50k or a car or some other s**t, he wants you fill out an entry...DO IT. In 3-10 days you WILL get a call from Sundance, without fail, as fast as some fat girl can type your info in you WILL get a call. Hey you agreed to it when you signed the entry form so don't be mad when they call......USE IT to your advantage. I did and love it. How, you ask? They pitch 3days/2nights + rnd trip airfare or recently a 6d/5nite cruise to bermuda (got 2) for an hour of your time. Well truth be told I have driven a couple hours take advantage of this, twice. The hour of your time is the key. It doesn't matter much when you schedule, but the earlier the better, so they will stop calling you. Ask for the first presentation of the day and they will give you a $15 off coupon (mail in) to like Applebee's, Red Lobster and a couple others I think. Go to the presentation which is a big sales pitch to buy or finance a vacation package with them. Truth be told they presentation is very cool and well done from an outsiders view (which is what I was, I was there for the free stuff) be careful if you of weak mind they will get you. If you have 6-10k to spare on travel and vacationing, then by all means buy what they have but outwait them. The price will get lower and lower the longer you stay. I have a friend that got 10 1 week condo stays (nice places he used them all already) for like 3000. Hey 300 a week for a 2br condo in Mrtyle Beach is a steal. d**n I regressed again... and this getting long and I am tiring.... This is what I do. I fill out every Sundance card I can. They do sporting events and I am a sport nut, they do alot of other stuff too but hey do it every time you see them.. Use a different phone # on each so you will now be unique, I have figured out they use phone # as the 'unique' identifier. When you get the call, treat the girl that calls you well, talk to her, she'll or he will be straight up with you from what they know. set the appointment, and go, show up, the person that called you gets like $6. Ask for the first presentation of the day and they will give you a $15 off coupon and she gets $14 or something I'll check with Marcie although she doesn't work there anymore. USE MATH 03 I forget but my code was 2NG 04 las vegas + air 05 las vegas + air 06 las vegas + air 07 las vegas + air and 2 night at a Marriott in MD 08 2 cruises to Bermuda (first one departs Bayonne NJ) The change I spent on the taxes and fees not covered by these guys were squat compared to the money I spent while on vacation. The cruise thing they are doing at the Phillies games are the bomb. 6days/5nites to anywhere on a boat for an hour of my time is worth me asking my boss (who I turned on to this) for some time off to make the 1st presentation (dinner cert$15) and get the trip too. Actually I just did my first presentation last nite in Princeton,NJ and have another next week right by the King of Prussia Mall. Be Strong Say NO This is not for the weak minded This is a VERY WELL DONE Sales Promotion It is well worth the $$ if you have it. I think, I may buy next time I go, Mrytle Beach was a blast, and the properties are fantastic. I have over 60 friends that have asked me about Sundance.
