Sundevildvd complete ripoff!!! Mesa Arizona
I ordered 4 movies through their website, waited approximately 4 days, heard nothing through e-mail, politely e-mailed him through his website "contact us" link. NO RESPONSE, I continually e-mailed him everyday that week. Still nothing, until finally I receive 1 e-mail from him, saying "sorry for the delay, i'll get it done immediately". Keep in mind this was 2 weeks after my initial order and that's all he says in his e-mail. It's over a month now, still waiting, i've e-mailed him a few more times since then. Each one being a little more "threatening than the other", I've already paid for my product & it seems that he's just not going to deliver my movies. They have a forum on their website I posted complaints on there and it seems I'm not the only one who has a problem with this guy. Oh yeah, FYI the web page does not have any phone number or anything to call, just the contact us link. Fortunately I've only lost 40 dollars here, but it's not the money it's the principal, you just can't take people's money and rip them off. I mean as soon as I ordered my movies & paid for them I got an automated e-mail saying my payment was processed. But Nothing about when my movies would ship. I hope that I have helped someone save their money wit this report, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I have been overly patient with Nasser and SundevilDVD. I've waited and e-mail and asked nicely and waited, he's sent me 2 of the 4 movies I ordered. 1 of the movies the subtitles do not match the movie and the other was OK, but the movies he sent were that great of a movie to begin with, but wouldn't you know it the 2 that I really wanted to see he did not deliver. I've e-mailed and asked nicely twice when could I expect my movies he doesn't respond, I am not waiting around anymore, i'm am going to follow the advice of the person who posted the rebuttal and file a complaint against this person and contact any and all organizations that police this type of blatant ripoff.

Upon posting this report & putting the link on his forum on his website, I was finally contacted by e-mail. They said my order would ship out that day & he apologized for any delays. He also sent another e-mail asking me to remove all negative comments off ebay. I told him I would comply when I received my order & only when I receive my order. Don't know if he's just trying to buy himself some time or what, but I never received a confrimation e-mail saying that my items were shipped. I e-mailed him today to ask for order status and tracking number. If he does not respond I will report him to the Arizona Computer Crimes Division. Also I am now BANNED from using his forum, seeing how that was the only way for me to post my issues other than non responsive e-mails.
