Sundish.com Dishonest & Do not Give what is Promised Ripoff Annandale Virginia
Sundish offers the best offer on the Internet for new Dishnet subscribers. They can do this because they have no intention of living up to their offer.
As part of their offer, Sundish offers a DVD player and a $100 cash rebate. I sent in the rebate forms with the requested documentation as required in July. In September through early October I called, e-mailed and tried the live chat line to find out the status of the rebates with no results. Just unanwsered e-mails & voicemails to all of my inquiries. Many times I heard this voice-mail box is full, try again later. Finally in October I called and got a live person. He told me that the paperwork had been received and approved and the check and DVD player was scheduled to be shipped on October 25.
At the end of October I called and finally got a live person. I was told that they never received the rebate forms from me. I have sent them copies twice since then and I have received the same anwser each time. They count on most people giving up or forgetting about the incentives. I have not.
