Sundown MHC is a dump. RHP Properties has recently acquired this park, and there has been no improvements made. The sewer pipes are constantly breaking, there are poison trees throughout the community. The swimming pool goes unmaintained, and is a dark green color. The streets are full of rocks, and potholes. Complaints are disregarded by the community manager. The rent increases 20 dollars each year. For what? They push snow up on the sidewalk, and expect you to clean it up. They charge you water the water you use, and if you don't water the grass they throw a tantrum.
People that rent, get to let their dogs crap all over, and don't clean it up. There are probably several meth labs in this community, along with human trafficking operations. Getting the police in here is a joke. You nearly have to call 911 for a noise complaint. Residents are aloud to build sheds 3 feet from the neighboring home, without a building permit. Children are permitted to scream and yell, throw rocks, and vandalize cars. Graffiti and broken vinyl fences, over grown trees, and goats head stickers. Cracked cement sidewalks, driveways, and patio areas.
The community rules and regulations are not enforced. The community manager never leaves his office, except for lunch, and an occasional tunnel vison drive through the community in his SUV.
There is one explanation for this lack of attention. This is that the company that owns the property is jacking up the rent, and pocketing all of the repair expense, waiting for tax season to claim the loss, until they sell the property to a developer, and give us all the boot.
I hope that each home owner that lives in this community has a chance to review my theory. With any luck, a law professional suite file a class action law suite, and punish these slum loards.
