Sunny farm resorts First off, they will spray for beaches before you move in, but good luck trying to get ahold of the manager. People will let their dogs run loose, but if you do, you'll get a warning and fine. Some of the kids out here are good kids, but others have parents who let them run wild. Kingston Oklahoma
Housing is cheap because the houses are cheap. Works needs to be done on all the rent to own homes, which you can't begin to rent to own for six months. It's roach infested. We had them spray twice before we moved in (we needed a cheap home soon), but you can still roaches on the ground during the day time. The favorite people get to let their dogs run loose and tear up things in other people's yard, but heaven forbid if your dog accidentally gets out. Some things have to go through the manager instead of maintenance, but good look classy trying to get a hold of her. Some kids out here are ok, and others have parents who don't care what they do.
