sunrise custom home nasir malik honesty, dignity, and trust is not accurate at all. he will tell you what you want to hear and rip you off houston Texas
I'm not sure if he's a liar or just an inexperienced builder/contractor. whenever you get a kink in the process, he says complications are part of the building process and you should expect more. you will lose time and money. He will call you his brother, but you will be treated like just another contract. get everything in writing if you use him and don't put any money down until you get things right.

Sunrise Custom Homes, Inc. is accredited with the Better Business Bureau with an excellent reputation. Sunrise has been in the business of building custom homes in the Houston, Texas area for over 18 years, and during that time we have constructed over 80 houses. Like every other home builder we have over the years received a few complaints during the construction process, and we have dealt with and resolved each one of those few complaints quickly, professionally and efficiently. Indeed, unlike many home builders, Sunrise has never been sued for allegedly building a home in a defective manner.
We are very suspicious of this complaint because our records do not reflect that we have ever constructed any house for someone known as “Slim.” Furthermore, this poster references Alabama along with his name, and we have never constructed any home or done any other business in that state.
In sum, Sunrise has constructed high quality custom homes for years, and we will continue to do so in the future. We have always treated our many customers with the utmost respect, honesty and integrity. We believe that the poster has either confused Sunrise with some other home builder, or has simply trolled Sunrise for reasons we are unaware of.
