Sunshine Electronics - Ebay ID - ShopSunshine Cyber Discount Warehouse - Pyxis Camera This Company Scammed me out of $1100 for my Nikon D60 Digital camera Brooklyn, New York
Hi I am reporting here about my order no. P425987.
I purchased a Nikon D60 which cost $933 on e-bay on Jun 30, 2008. I also purchased the shipping insurance for this package and was insured with U-PIC Insurance services. As per the USPS record the package was shipped on Jul 18, 2008 and appeared to be lost in transit. After several phone conversation with manager Marc Johnson they filed the claim with the U-PIC and the claim was settled on Sep 12, 2008.
Dealer said that they will resend my order and as per the USPS record it was shipped on Oct 10, 2008. Surprisingly it was also lost in transit again and repeated the same play with the U-PIC insurance and the claim was settled on Dec 12, 2009.
I asked for the refund and whenever i call him he says the money will be credited in 1 or 2 days. Eventually he stopped answering the phone and put me on hold for hours and hangs up. But I kept trying to call the number and now-a-days their phone number appears to be disconnected.
I already made few hundred calls and they are so rude, unfriendly and uncultured and a right example for bad customer service. So please beware - sunshine electronics is a scam, liars and they will rob ur money.
