When I began to question the validity of the vacation package and wanted to cancel, I was transferred from around from one department to another for about 15 minutes and hung up on.When I called to cancel the transaction, I was told that it was going through as we spoke and it was to late to stop it.
I called the company, and was promised a refund, in which I never recieved. I called the department of agriculture in Florida and no one seemed to be able to get my refund.
I kept on them for a year, and was told by the Fullfillment Center that they didn't honor sun shine travel escapes refund. I was told by the department of agricultrure that there was no money to refund back.
When I asked about the packet, I was told "it's to late to do anything about the packet, and it can't be honored and my money is just lost, "sorry".
