FitnessBlowout.com - Super Gym's Fitness Warehouse Ripped Off for $1567.00 Los Angeles California
On August 15, 2007 I, Marsha Kovach Deaton, ordered a treadmill from these people online, order number, 66104. On Sept 4th, I recieved a Elliptical Trainer instead! I called everyone involved and told them there was a mix up. I talked to a Kevin Knighton at FitnessBlowout, who, said he would straighten everything out and give me a call in an hour. I yet to get that call! BY Sept 12, and after not hearing from ANYONE from Fitnessblowout, including their distributor, Keys Fitness out of TX, I decided to cancel my order. In the mean time I also found a slip in the Elliptical Trainer box that said the it was suppose to go to a person in OK. I contacted this person, and yes, they had our treadmill. I have contacted this company many many times to get nothing but lies as to when they are going to credit our credit account for the $1567.00, for the undelivered treadmill. It is now, December 11, 2007 and my husband and I still do not have our money of $1567.00 back. I have turned this over to the Attorney Generals off and the IC3. The IC3 has put a Detective Sroufe on the case. If you do not a whole lot of headache, stir clear from this company. They are either a scam or a VERY sloppy company that doesn't like to give warranted monies back. Plus, we are not the only consumer that have fell into the FitnessBlowout.com trap>
