My name is Alexander Kaplan. I'm an active "outside" partner in Superb Auto Leasing, LLC.

After reading these reports I had to see Mark Nektalov and question his business strategies. Mark Nektalov stop picking up his phones. Mark Nektalov cut all communication with me and locked me out of all business documentations.

Also Mark Nektalov filed fraudulent income tax papers.   Mark Nektalov still owes me lots of money on personal and business loans. I'm planning to take Mark Nektalov to court and I'm collecting legal evidence of his scam work.

Mark Nektalov has been in prison for bank fraud. He has been out on parole since 2009. He is a con artist professionally...what is really scary to me is that he is linked to terrorists.
