When purchasing tickets from this company they will not allow you to print your tickets. Instead they will will charge you $25 service fees per ticket plus $7 dollar shipping fees and additional convenience fees. Then they will print off e-tickets as you would at home and mail it to you. I wrote the following email to the company.

Hi Mr Lee or anyone concerned,

Just wanted to tell you that I got my "tickets". However, I am very disappointed in that they were mere printouts that I often get at home when a show is the next day and not proper tickets. Why was I charged outrageous service and shipping fees of over $50 dollars when I could have been given a choice to print them at home? Ticketmaster was recently and successfully sued over these types of predatory practices. Why do you feel it necessary to make these kinds of unethical profit? I will never buy from superfantickets again.

I too feel as though I was ripped-off from this company. As far as them saying that their fees are cheap, that is not true. I was tricked into buying concert tickets from them. Please be very careful, they are ticket scalpers. Go directly to the place that the concert is being held and buy directly, it is a huge difference in price. This company is totally ripping people off. Please be warned.

Our site is a secondary ticketing website and not a primary website such as TicketMaster or LiveNation.  We sell tickets through our website and sometimes those tickets are traditional hard tickets or print at home tickets.

All tickets must be shipped to the customer, even if the original file was a pdf file.  We are required to do this for two reasons:

1)  We need to maintain the integrity of the tickets to make sure that they are not duplicated multiple times.  We ship all of our tickets on security paper to avoid fraud.
2)  Credit card companies require that we obtain proof of delivery.  This is why we ship our tickets via Federal Express with delivery or signature confirmation.

The service fees we charge on our website are very minimal compared to many websites out there.  We only charge a 10% service fee, while others charge a much higher price.  I encourage people to check out prices on competing websites prior to purchasing.  We feel as if we are amongst the lowest prices for tickets on the secondary ticketing market.
