EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

Please be patient, we can only tell you what they are telling us.

I pray to god that I'm not about to be a victim of fraud. I just wen through a very lenghty mess with the 3 major credit bearaus and various creditors trying to clean up my credit report from "identity theft". I was very excited about an opportunity to recieve a credit card with a $2000.00 limit to get myself back on track. I have even post poned some purchases, and made some unwise decisions (in hind sight) in anticipation of this card. Now I'm reading on the internet all these reports of fraud with this company from people who were promised the same things that I was.

Now let me get this right, am I to understand that NO ONE person has ever received a credit from this company. Am I to understand that people have only recieved a useless credit repair kit. Am I to understand that in addition to the 299.00 I happily had deducted from my checking account was I must also make deposits into this credit card account in order to get the "unsecured" card. Is there anyone who has had a positive experience with this company. If this is so fraudulent, how come the law hasn't shut this company down by now. Is there any hope that I can legally and quickly get a refund for my 299.00. Somebody please help me, what is going on...what should I do. I have been promised to recieve this card by April 10th...are you telling me that I wont recieve a card at all. What in the hell is going on?
