I visited a friend in California and bought a car from this company. After signing the contract I realised enough add ons were added to absorb my trade in. I was charged $2700 for paint and interior protection I never got. I was told I would get $12000 for my trade in and only got $10000.I was told I would get 6.9% financing and got 7.9% I was told I would get a wash job and a tank of fuel which I never got.

When I returned to Georgia the convertable top came unlocked on the highway and flew back damaging the top. I brought the car to the local dealership in Macon, Ga where it has set for about ten days. A factory rep came to this dealer and advised a new top to be ordered. The service manager locally said "There is prior damage, replaced parts, running paint and mismatched paint on the vehicle and it does not come from the factory like that".

Now I am disappointed to the point where my only recourse is to go bankrupt or let it be repossesed. There are no actions you can take, that I have found to help. One attorney said he would tell me what he knows in a one hour consult for $250. The referral services say they don't know anyone to handle it but if you signed the contract your stuck. All you can do is pay it off as soon as possible.
