Early in May we hired Superior Telemarketing to open up a sales campaign. After almost two years of being on the brink of bankruptcy we had some good fortune and it was time to grow again. Superior Telemarketing had some good deals and sounded great so we chose them.

After our check cleared I stopped getting contacted to move things along for the calls. I have sent emails and they have come back. Now, I called and get a recording saying they are out of business and have filed bankruptcy. The recording says I will be contacted by the courts.

I do not believe she is out of business and that $1260.00 was money that I could have used for any other expenses small companies have. What can I do?

Carisa is really based in Florida

Carisa Sanders is really based in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Her home office is located in Clay County. If you check previous posts, you will see one with her real address. If you wanted to see if she was registered as a business, the Clay County tax collector's office would be a place to start. Also, I strongly advise that you and others who have been harmed contact the Attorney General's office of the State of Florida, and perhaps also contact Governor Charlie Crist's office. Charlie Crist was attorney general before he became governor, and took a strong stance against rip off artists. The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation would also be a good place to inquire as to whether she has the proper licenses and what to do to file a complaint.

Hi Matthew, Again to you also, I'm very sorry to hear what you're going through. Again I want to remind any one reading this that it is imperative that you search out businesses online before sending them your money. Although I know you've learned that the hard way. I just wanted to let you know that all of the information you need can be found right here on ripoffreport. As well as many other victims in your situation. Carisa and Emily continued to accept new business, meaning your money, after firing all of their employees. They never intended to work on your project and took the money knowing they were filing bankruptcy and would just add you into the bankruptcy along with countless others. Good luck to you as well.
