Supertutors Alexander Leontiev Alexander Leontiev Worked as a tutor and was never paid full amount - tutors are not certified Internet
I worked as an online tutor for a company that was called at first "Supertutors" which later changed its name to C.A.R.E. Center for Academic Research. I was paired with a student who needed advanced tutoring in a subject I had no experience
in whatsoever. My lack of experience did not deter Supertutors and they called me repeatedly to provide the tutoring - last minute. I did my best and provided the service. I received glowing marks from the individual I tutored and then waited to be paid. I had to beg for payment and when I received a payment it was for less than what was agreed to. Six months after sending e-mails and calling - many communications which were ignored, when I finally got Alex on the phone, once I identified myself and the reason for my call, he said he would not speak to me, said "click" and hung up the phone. This company is a scam for both tutors and people being tutored. At one point I received an e-mail about his company being a company for models and actors as well - no experience necessary. Then I received an e-mail about his being a not for profit as opposed to a for profit organization. He also sends e-mails about your being able to make money by promoting for him - Don't do it - you will not be paid. If you are looking for online tutoring go to tutor vista - it's cheaper. If you are looking to tutor, there are a number of reputable organizations where you can join and tutor in person. Don't get burned like I did.

I have to first say that Rip Off Reports is responsible for the complete resolution of this matter. I have been paid - in full - with Alex covering the additional $5.00 that Paypal charges for receiving money. This report was posted as a result of a lack communication between the two parties but has been resolved in a manner that is completely satisfactory. Thank you Alex & C.A.R.E. for resolving this matter.
