I just read another report about the vital acai trial, no free mdse! they charged my card 78.00 on the 15th day of trial. I am sooooo upset! i will never try anything 'free' again!

Dear Ginger, I'm sorry to hear you were upset about being billed - please understand that you were billed in accordance to the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you ordered this trial from us. The terms and conditions are listed clearly on the order page in visible language (not "fine print") - you must agree to them to order from us or else your order will not be processed. These terms are also sent to you in an email confirmation immediately upon ordering and listed on an insert sent out with your product. The terms and conditions explain in detail that what you are signing up for is a "Free 15-day Trial" where you will only pay shipping and handling fees to have a one-month supply of product sent out to you. If you are enjoying the product and wish to continue taking and receiving it, do nothing and when your 15-day trial ends you are billed for the shipment at it's regular price. If you are not enjoying the product, just call our customer service staff to close the account within the trial period and you are not billed or shipped anything else. We cannot prevent customers from ordering from us even though they did not read the terms and conditions they agreed to and are repeatedly sent to them. It is up to a person who orders to take accountability for his actions (i.e. agreeing to terms and conditions); this is called consumer responsibiilty. Devin Customer Service Manager
