I ordered 4ea comb knives, item #AZ112BK, order #113244684.  The items are described and pictured as having 3 3/8 inch stainless steel blades.  What I got was hollow bladed soft plastic junk.  No response to the 4 phone calls and 3 emails I sent them.  To make matters worse YOUR BANK SUPPORTS their theft.  If you authorized the purchase then they can send you a used soda straw and you cannot get your money back.  They are under no obligation to send you what you paid for and your bank will let them keep their money.  This is EXACTLY what I was told in a letter by Brittany Swanson of Gulf Coast Educator's Federal Credit Union when I disputed the charges.  She wrote, " Your request to dispute this charge has been denied because you authorized the purchase and any disputes or refunds have to be taken up with the merchant".  So according to the banks, it is up to the original thieves to refund my money.  Evidently they were all born yesterday.  I sent in the papers and was denied by her in a letter because she said I authorized the purchase.  I NEVER authorized buying this cheap plastic garbage they sent me, and that is how they steal from us with your banks support and help.  If you say yes, I want to buy that item, they can send you a used soda straw for $50 and too bad for you.  That is how our current system of banking is set up.  These theives know it and use it to their advantage and your bank lets them get away with it by not taking the money back from them.

You went with online shopping. Which means that you were looking for as cheap as you can get it. Which means that you got EXACTLY what you paid for. Also the banks HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THIS!!!!! What your post tells ANYONE who reads this is, that YOU ordered something online, it wasnt the quality that YOU assumed YOU would get. YOU attempted to do a return and when that did not go through, YOU attempted to bypass the return process and get a refund from your bank, all the while KEEPING that which you ordered and NOW wish to have your money back. Kinda makes YOU the thief.

YOU and I both know that you are not going to PAY to ship the items back. Which means that YOU planned on keeping them AND expect a refund. Dont you see how this makes YOU the scammer?? There is ZERO justification you can use. Just because you had not reached them yet, YOU go around the system to get your way. You didnt even give them a chance to offer you a refund. So all of this tells me that this is a pattern with you.How many purchases have YOU made and done the exact same thing? Given the speed in which you made your claim to the bank I have a feeling that this is a VERY COMMON issue where YOU are concerned.

So we get it, you didnt like what you ordered. But that doesnt give you the right to be a THEIF!!! And thats all you are. Your bank isnt allowing you to skirt the system AND keep the product. The bank is RIGHT and YOU are wrong. Maybe THIS will teach you to just shop at REAL STORES. ATleast there you can get a refund. The financial institutes are NO LONGER allowing a backdoor refund. Given the thieving nature of the American Consumer, Banks are just not playing that game anymore.
