First of all I was introduced to the product because I was reading an article on Melissa McCarthy and it said that she used this product to lose weight, which at this moment I don't even know if it is true. I went on the site and decided that I wanted to try the product.
I was told the product would reach me by Wednesday, and it is Thursday still no product. I decided that I didnt have enough time to try the product so before I ordered anymore I just wanted to try it and then if it worked, I would have DEFINIETLY bought some more. But when I called and asked for a refund the guy charged me $22.00 even though the guy told me it would be $19, in addition to the $5.00 they had originally charged me for shipping the trial sample I have yet to receive. I mean, how are you going to charge me for cancelling the product?
Instead of offering a "FREE" trial why don't you just offer a trial at a discounted price so that the cancellation would be free. It is not JUST the money it is the deception that bother me as well perhaps most. Yes I admit I said some bad things to the customer service rep, including how I wish the company fails, but I was angry so if any reps are reading this I apologize for that because I would never wish ill on anyone's company I just wanted you to do right by your customers.
If I had known I had to pay $30.00 for the "FREE" trial I NEVER would have signed up for it so for them to make me pay for the sample when I decide to cancel the order is very JERKY! They need to put the cost in just as big and bold letters as the "free" trial.
CAUTION: BY THE PRODUCT IF YOU WANT! It is about $100USD for a months supply I think and if you don't cancel before your trial is up, the CHARGE IS AUTOMATIC and it may not be as easy to get out of.
