So after spending $50 I have to hold the phone in one hand and BB Gun-Plunger in the other all while trying to eliminate the clog?? Swat team showed up after neighbors heard 3 loud bangs which sounded like shotgun bullets flying around.. Bottom line is if company doesn’t offer REFUNDS it’s a scam!! And since your B.B.-GUN plunger doesn’t work it’s a SCAM !

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We want people to see all reviews - even 1-Star reviews - so potential customers see how we handle various customer and product concerns. There are many types of customers out there, far and wide.
Yep, we have had to help some customers to get the SurePlunge working properly for their particular situation. We are proud of both our Product and Customer Support... the reviews across multiple platfoms show that time and time again we strive to go above and beyond, if given a chance.
We have yet to have a single customer... who has contacted us, and has allowed us to help... not have this product work properly for them.
This product has a One (1) Year Warranty and it is a Replacement Warranty. A "used" toilet plungers cannot be returned... (eewww)... a used toilet plunger is considered a bio-hazard by Amazon (the platform she purchased it on) and by the USPS. Again, a used toilet plunger is a bio-hazard.
However, if it is defective, rest assured that it is covered under the warranty... we can send a replacement part. After selling thousands of these SurePlunges, we have yet to have a single defective unit... that's truly amazing, actually. It's a solid product made in S. Korea.
Our experience has been that if a customer has a concern, the Customer wants us to help them to resolve that issue ... and not demand a refund a day after receiving the item (and using it) and then, in writing, threaten us with posting 1-Star Reviews all over the web.
This really is a great tool. If you don't get the hang of it right away... we are here... we WILL help you... we are happy to work with you over the telephone (even on Thanksgiving Day - as we offered to this particular customer).
If you read some of the other reviews, there were times we've walked customers through step-by-step over the phone. Those customers, in the end, have praised us for our commitment, Customer Service, and follow-through... not to mention the quality and effectiveness of the SurePlunge.
We had messaged this particular customer several times offering help over the phone... and she declined each time.
With many other Reviews confirming this point, we wish she would have given us a chance to help her. We truly are here to help.
