Robert, I tried to find you in our system, but there isn't enough information in your posting to pin-point your file. We simply have too many customers named Robert from Georgia. I'm not sure if you escalated your problem, but we would be happy to talk to you to review what happened and see how we can help. We take over 100,000 applications a year, and won the Better Business Bureau Torch award this year, as well as the last three years.
