As you may have seen this Lender will do anything to lie and cover up, however that may be coming to an end. I know for fact that the FBI is investigating this operation, there particular relationship to Countrywide, and the practices. We have compiled a list are are collaberating with the agent in charge, so if you have any information please email us with any info you have. Keith, if you email me some info I may be able to share some info with you as well. A huge point of interest is the staunch point of the company to prevent contact to past employees. A former lending officer in the Louisville location named "Joe B" has relocated to another state, however a bowwower who has been in trouble, tried to get a contact to him and was told he is deceased, a complete lie. He recorded the conversation and I have heard the recording first hand, don't worry Surepoint, they are recording in Oregon and that is legal in this State and the point of recording origin. So this operation is a fraud waiting to rip you off and if you are already a victim, please email us with your story. Thank You.

We have tried to get more information from you to validate your complaint. We have no customers that match any of the information provided, and you have failed to respond to any requests for more information. Rip Off Report does not validate claims, we find nothing to validate your claim, and we have no issues with the FBI. That being said, we consider this complaint a bogus claim.

I'm not sure if you are a customer and/or had a problem you needed help with. There is no information provided. I've never heard of anyone refusing contact with employees, but we are not at liberty to give out former employee information, and chances are, we would not have all of their information, if that is what you were looking for. The only contact we have had with the FBI was regarding an issue we encountered with a company offering loans and falsely claiming SurePoint was affiliated, as well as their parent company. If you feel you were involved in this, let me know and I can provide you some information to help.
