We have tried to get more information from you to validate your complaint. We have no customers that match any of the information provided, and you have failed to respond to any requests for more information. Rip Off Report does not validate claims, we find nothing to validate your claim, and we have no issues with the FBI. That being said, we consider this complaint a bogus claim.

I'm not sure if you are a customer and/or had a problem you needed help with. There is no information provided. I've never heard of anyone refusing contact with employees, but we are not at liberty to give out former employee information, and chances are, we would not have all of their information, if that is what you were looking for. The only contact we have had with the FBI was regarding an issue we encountered with a company offering loans and falsely claiming SurePoint was affiliated, as well as their parent company. If you feel you were involved in this, let me know and I can provide you some information to help.
