In order to provide an accurate approval, including your qualifing rate and fees, we must have all infomation requested. A social security number was not provided to pull credit. You told us you did not want to give it to us over the phone, but would send it with your income documents. You gave us what you thought was your credit score, but once we actually got your information and pulled credit, the score was more that 100 points lower that what you quoted. At that point, we were already in the loan process. We can only work off of the information we are given, and a situation like a credit score being more that 100 points lower than expected can significantly change what kind of loan will be offered.
