Surface encounters Rock tops Company was rock tops that closed down after taking off with customers money!!! Reopened under surface encounters! Internet
I used this company for granite countertops when they were using the name rock tops. They did a lousy job. They took thousands from customers right up until the day they closed down their business and scammed people and took all their money. Filed bankruptcy and opened up ASAP under the new name surface encounters
