surface encounters over the top quote macomb, Michigan
went to surface encounters for a quote on my kitchen ,I have a very small kitchen it was the first place i went to never shoped for granite before .The sad part about it is i think they knew that , after shopping around and getting many quotes by several other granite companys in the area. i was very upset they tried to charge me so much, all i needed was one slab the sales woman told me that when she seen my measurements, then as i watched her ask her boss something and they talked she came back and told me i would need 2 slabs... and the granite i selected was basic not exotic nor expensive, so after hitting a couple stores and getting such lower quotes i pulled out my quote from surface encounters and showed them , they were shocked and said they could not beleive the price it was
1,700 $ more than everyone elses quote , then they seem where it was from and told me they were the old rock top and moved across the street , I didnt know anything about rock top or anything , but as im reading reports i see these complaints about this rock top situation!! that moved across the street i am, only writing this because if i didnt go get other quotes from other places i would have been charged way to much money for the job so if you go there PLEASE make sure you get other prices before u go with them i think they are very unfair and i think they seen me comming because i did not know much about granite, and thats sad you cant trust people now !!! JUST BECAREFULL AND GET OTHER QUOTES , signed upset in my own city!!!!!! ,
