We placed an online order for a Day/Night Shade on a unit that was being serviced in our shop. We were charged and sent a receipt, but the shipment never arrived.
I emailed the contact information that was on the credit card receipt and actually received a response fairly quickly. I was told that the gentleman would check on this and get back with me about what was going on. We waited about a week and never received another email from them.
I then emailed him again to follow up and see what he was able to find out. I never received a response. I sent another email, copying my manager, to which I asked to be refunded for the part never received. I still have not received another email coorespondence from this company
As of today, we have not been refunded or received the part in question.
