I wrote a check and sent out on july 6th 2005. They sent me by email, log in and password. But now the past 3 weeks am not able to log in.I have emailed them with this problem and no reply back. Now of course I want my money back. Now would be great. They seem to like to ignore my emails. They promise for signing on 1.free e-books, 2.bonus get 250 business cards(I don't care about that one)3. read E-mails. Got nothing, have not got one send for surveys, they are a rip-off. Hope they can sleep well at night, they need to be stopped. Pay our refunds back like promised with no problems. They have a 90 day refund, some people said it was 75,but it is 90 days. Donna

I found out that the 853 N. Quentin Rd. Suite 207, Palatine,IL.60067 is actually a UPS Store. Suite 207 is actually a mailbox number. There is no address, their phone numbers would be their home which would have no connection to Survey Platinum. If you have been scammed here is what you can do. File a report with the Better Business Bureau http://bbbtest.e-asp.net/(pckddk55m0cnoyvhilb2o045)/Default.aspx File a consumer complaint with the Federal Trade Commission https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 File a consumer complaint with the District Attorney's office of Illinois http://www.ag.state.il.us/consumers/ Email the UPS store that Survey-platinum uses to collect their money from at [email protected] Say no to Survey-platinum.
