I got 500 leads from this company after I was convinced by one of the sales representatives that the leads were exclusive and that they came from surveys the send along with credit card statements for instance and they were people that requested more information about Life Insurance, Long Term Care, and Annuities.

Well, nothing was further from the truth. First the leads came in a not very user-friendly format, so I had to use my expertice to make them easier to read and follow up. Second, most of the people that in fact answer the phone (tons of wrong #s, disconnected, etc) got very aggravated and wanted to know where we got their numbers from. They stated that they have NEVER filled out any survey or requested any information. Some of the people even belonged to the "Do not call list". We almost got in trouble for calling those people.

Adding to the problem, I contacted them to get the money back.. because is supposely guaranteed, and so far it has been a total night mare. They want all the leads back (understandable) with notes for every single phone call with the results for that phone call. Besides, the customer service person that answer the phone (most of the time they won't answer and you have to leave a message) has been extremely rude and imposible to lead with. Bottom line... so far we have been going back and forth for over 2 months trying to get the money back with no results.

You are way better of with the phone book... save your money.. don't use them.

Although we strive to leave each and every customer satisfied with their experience of our leads, there are those who have been less productive then we would like and then are unwilling to follow our refund policy. We offer our leads exclusively to one agent. Once a batch of leads is purchased, they are not available and begin to age. Part of our 100% money back guarantee is the requirement that the agent make use of the full list to qualify. Some agents call five people on the file and if they get a disconnect they want us to refund the purchase price. We do offer partial refunds in good faith in an attempt to leave every client satisfied. We have been members of the Better Business Bureau since 2001. We have done business with over 50,00 agents nationwide. On this site we have a total 2 complaints. If you look up Allstate you will find 64 reports!
