Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

After being ripped off by survivallife.com I then went to BBB and they have dozens of complaints like mine and their alert is below my message. I ordered a product advertised by themm, with a Video presentation. I liked the concept of the crossbow with a cockinng handle so I purchased it. I received another, cheapper crossbow with no cocking handle, thru their dba of DoItYourself.com or DIY.com. At first they ignored my concern which triggered my PTS. Then they said to send a pic of the wrong item, which I did. They replied that I would get a refund as they did not know when the item would be restocked. No refund has arrived.

Got another email from a CS rep saying the correct item was being shiopepd "right now." When no refund came and no correct item, I once again jumped on them annd yesterday they replied "your purchase arrived at your door June 9. Fulll circle round annd round and back to the beginning. No Satisfaction

They used Bait and Switch tactics and then failed ti refund as promised and failed to ship. They rippee me off for $50. Worse, I am a NamVet with a serious case of PTS and from the order date of June 1 to June 30 they jusst kept triggering my PTS and ratcheted up the PTS to where Iam darn near out of control with rage.

I checked the BBB site, as I should have done first. I found a damning report and a C+ rating with somme 78 compllaints, most qute similar to mine. Here is the link to that report followed by the ALERT synopsis:

bbb.org/central-texas/business-reviews/survival-products-and-supplies/survival-life-in-austin-tx-1000105727/

Based on BBB files, Survival Life has a pattern of disputes alleging non-delivery of items ordered. Complainants allege they contact the business for survival products and accessories with the business receiving payment prior to shipment of product. Complainants allege after paying business for the survival products and accessories they had limited to no communication from the company. Complainants further allege that the items have not been delivered. Complainants also allege Survival Life has not responded to inquiries regarding estimated dates of delivery or requests for refund. Complainants also allege they are signed up for subscriptions they did not authorize while trying to purchase goods from the business.

That is pretty much it in a nutshell.

However, I shall also file a complaint with the BBB. Since they're sending products through the US Postal Service, I shall file a fraud complaint with the Austin Postmaster or however that is accomplished. I not only want my $50 back. I may sue, not the company but the individuals in managemente as well as the lying conspirators in Customer Support. Because they deliberately and conspiratorially and continually aggravated my PTS, I'll sue management individuals for $50,000 each and each support reo $30,000 each individual. However, I don;t have the wherewithal to do that. Yes, a class action is timely.

BTW, the company that claims to have built them to a $6-million blog in 12 months and is very much parxt of the conspiracy of fraud is digitalmarketer.com

I have many yeaers in direct marketing and read those long letters noticing typos, outright misspellings and syntax errors. These thigs denote a sleaze factor as any truly professional business trying to make a good imporession would never put out such crappy DM letters.

I don't know who the managemtnn team is exceot for the claim of a Joe Marshall, altertately called Editor, Managing Editor, Chief Editor, with the last not being a commonly used title. I have been a professional writer/editor and have built at least one magazine from scratch, so I am acutely aware of mistakes that i routinely find. This demostrates a crass attitude to the reader/buyer.

I am flogging myself for ignoring my intuition when I discovered these anomalies.

Now I want to take this company down. the pose as patriots and are the antithesis.

Thakn you for this space and tie to present my case. I truly hope it can be used against them in a meaninngful. I shall follow throough onn my complaints to the BBB and USPS

Thanks again! Sorry for tyoos, my fingertips hurt greatly from neuropathy and even typing this message hurts, causess pain that lasts all day.
