Never rent or give them anything. Manipulators. Users. Be forewarned! These people go to food banks and furniture banks, they turn around and sell them. Steal, lie and cheat.
Let these people move into my home... never paid rent, I was promised $100 a week. Never put anything on the table, they ate for free. And a mess to clean up. Turned around and they are doing it to others.
