I'd like to suggest to the folks who put down money and never recieved gods or services for this payment. To the folks in Pinella County Florada, please call your State Attorney Generals office ASAP. You can also go to Florida State Attorney's Office website at http://statty.co.pinellas.fl.us/ look under consumer complaints/home improvement link, where you will find the appropriate forms to file. Be sure to have copies of all money paid, contracts etc. The more information you can provide, the better the chances that the State Attorney can prosucute this company. Not recieving goods for money paid is a felony criminal charge in most states. As for anyone else who has been taken by this company should gather the same information and contact thier County District Attorney or State Attorney's office. The BBB will get you no where. Hope this helps and good luch to all of you.

what suwannee river said what we were going to get and what we got were quite different. they promised what we never got. once we talked to a sales rep. at a log home show. Mike m. said they would make it right. we still have'nt got anything out of them. he just told us that to get rid of us. this was back in 10-05. when and if they ever come back to ca. to another log home show we will use some of the tools rip- off revenge has given us.

Apparently all the log home sites condone this company. Suwannee River Log Homes boldly advertise in the log home council, log home directory and log home reports to name but three, there are more. One site has even a section for past customers to e-mail their views, all three reports have an incredible five out five score in every aspect of their dealings with SRLH. One could imagine how consumers could be led to believe this company is straight up.Wow what a score! Remember there is no agency policing of log home suppliers, Suwannee Never Logs knows this and is very aware of its underhanded ways in this case in Palm Harbor. This is a disgrace as these entities, log home council, log home directory and log home reports are advertising that it is perfectly alright for customers to deal with this company and feel safe that it is carrying out its buisness above and beyond. This whole issue is so out of order and yet Suwannee river log homes are answerable to no-one. The log home companies should be looking into their buisness practices before selling them on their sites so further to protect the consumer.Goes to show the mighty $ takes priorty over one ripped off consumer!

What is it with companies anymore? It seems to me as long as you have a business license you have the perfect tool to commit perfectly legal fraud. Sorry to read about your experience--I wish I had a suggestion, but the fact of the matter is you'll be damned lucky to get anyone involved that will do something about these crooks. At least, that's been my experience.
