This has to be the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I went in to find a car for my daughter and will NEVER go back. The staff are great at acting like they want to help you and be your "friend", but when it gets down to it all they are interested in is taking your money. We test drove a car and they gave us an estimate for my daughters old car. We told them we wanted to look around a little more but would be back. At that time they started playing the "We're looking for your keys" game to try and keep us in the sales office and press us hard to commit to what was a less than fair price. I actually overheard the sales manager tell a woman that he doesn't care about word of mouth reputation because people are going to buy his cars anyway, he also told her that he is only loyal to the cars. He said why should I be loyal to the customers when they are not loyal to me, all people want is the cheapest price, no one is loyal to the dealerships anymore. I couldn't believe my ears, that was the final straw for me, I grabbed my daughter, demanded our keys back, and went down the street to another dealership where we were taken care of very well.
