If you are thinking about ordering from Sweet Cup Cake Candles or Sweet Cup Cake Gifts, stop now!

Sweet Cup Cake Candles is very slow to ship and you don't receive everything. The items that do arrive often are broken or are trash quality items.

Sweet Cup Cake Candles does not give refunds and won't answer their phone or the phone line is busy.

Sweet Cup Cake is a bad business to deal with. They don't live up to their promises, they don't ship, they don't have good customer service and if you don't want to deal with the headache, go somewhere else. There are many other dropshippers for most of their crappy products. SMC out of California is their biggest supplier, when items do come.

The truth is exposed

Well it appears the truth has finally come out. Sweet Cupcake Candles was based on lies and false advertisement. Not a single item in their Bath and Body line or their "Signature Line" is manufactured let alone handmade by anyone at SCC. Most certainly not by Camilla Nichols and her family as they repeatedly claimed. They are simply dropshippers for LaLumiere Candles. Don't get me wrong dropshipping in itself is not bad. However people were falsely led to believe that Camilla Nichols and her family were busy little beavers lovingly handpouring candles until the wee hours of the nightin their home in Alabama. Many, many consultants placed orders in the 1st week of Semptember and have yet to recieve a single item. We were told time and time again to be patient as "handpouring" all those candles takes time. Now Camilla is MIA and not responding to phone calls or putting her big girl panties on and addressing this FIASCO. I feel that sadly the reputation of SCC has been permanently damaged. How can we ever again believe a single word that comes out of the mouth of Camilla Nichols.

I'm not sure where this particular person making this complaint has gotten all of her information. The orders that have been filled have been for consultants and maybe a few customers. No one else has complained. There have been no reports of broken and trashy products. It's very sad to say that this particular person's only motivation is pure impatience. As stated above, this company is 1 month old and trying to fix all the bumps, and wrinkles in the company. They have asked the consultants to just be patient until all is worked out and all will be worked out. The owner of this company has opened it up and allowed the consultants to join free of charge. To use her and her company to make money. We should be grateful enough to give her a bit of time to get things rolling instead of whining and crying like spoiled rotten children. I assure you that Sweet Cupcake is and will be a great company to order from and work with. Don't let 1 person, who cannot obviously control her temper let you think differently.

Very Typical of Sweet Cupcake Candles

This is very typical of Sweet Cupcake Candles. One person says something and 4 - 5 people jump in and do "damage control". This is typical Sweet Cupcake Candles behavior and you seen it with your own eyes.

I know that new businesses deal with painstaking details in getting things to run smoothly. This can often take months or years. The key is to be patient, diligent, and ethical. I know many consultants with SCC were completely impatient, disgruntled, and because the company did not revolve around them, but worked diligently on getting things in order, many have left with a chip on their shoulder. My experience with SCC so far is that yes, they are working hard, often well into the late night and early morning hours getting everything fully functional. We are a new company, and the growth has been mind-boggling. The owner of the company did not expect this kind of growth, she only imagined to be at 500 consultants by years end, but within weeks, we are over 5000. This means hiring more help, which she has done, but that help needs training, which she is doing. I have full confidence in SCC, and it is the first company I've ever attempted to be a consultant with. I am completely new to this, and so far, the people aboard this awesome adventure have been a great help. I only request that one does not take the reports of disgruntled and impatient ex-consultants serious, because vendictiveness never achieves anything positive.

Sweet Cupcake has only been in business for approximately one month and the main customer base at this time are the consultants who have ordered their kits. This company has expanded from 500 consultants to 5000 in one month! I placed an order with this company and received it within 15 business days. These are the highest quality handpoured candles that I've ever seen and the handmade bath and body products are second to none! None of my items were damaged and they were packaged very well. This company is hiring additional staff on a daily basis to meet the needs of their exceptional growth. The Signature Line of this company is made to order and features 100% natural soy candles and bath and body products made in house not from another supplier. The wicks used in the candles are lead free and made of hemp. The result is a 98% soot free candle that burns beautifully and the scent throw is the best on the market as these are triple scented candles. The person who filed this report is obviously disgruntled or possibly a competitor as we aren't even fully up and functional yet. As far has having "many" dropshippers, that information is purely false.

The report that was listed is a lie. Sweet Cupcake is a new company and this person just was impatiant. The company is only 1 month old. I don't know why they had to go and report these lies. Unfair to a new company.

Sweet cupcake is a brand new company. The company took off faster then expected. I have had no complaints from my customers or anyone. Candles in our company are hand made so yes things will take time to make and to ship. I do not believe the person who posted this. I believe they were upset because things were taking off slow. Sweet Cupcakes is a great company and I will continue to support it
