 First of all, Paula has FALSE guarantees on her website. Like same day shipping if order placed before 11:00am pst mon - fri. I placed an order on Friday January 15th at 10:00am. Her website was up running in full and accepting orders. There was nothing indicating she currently was not doing what her written words say on her site. I placed an order and also included the over-priced 30 dollar express shipping charge for overnight delivery which she doesn't even garantee (1-2 days for 30 dollar express she says). I needed florals for a party on Sunday last minute for winter decorations. I placed the order. Over 100 dollars. Paula sent me 2 automatic emails after placing the order. One "thank you" for the order and another that confirmed the order with all needed details with a time stamp. Right away my bank account was pending for the expensive transaction. Friday came and went. No same day shipping before 11:00am that day. No tracking number sent. No email saying why it wasn't sent.

Saturday morning I sent her an email kindly asking if there was an issue, etc. (obviously she does not give out a contact phone number for a reason). No reply, no response, nothing. My bank account was still pending the transaction so I figured I could still cancel with my bank. It was too late anyway as I needed the items Sunday and mail does not get delivered on Sunday (the day of the party I ordered the items for). I figured maybe she shipped them and just messed up my email address. Nope. Monday comes and I figure if she ships the items I can still use them for other crafts and whatnot instead of making a big fuss out of Paula not doing what she states she does. I figure I should give her the benefit of the doubt. Stuff happens, right? I email her again kindly asking what happened with the order and even asked if she was ok. Silence on her end. I go to her website and fill out the "contact us" form stating the same concerns and submit. Nothing.

Then I check my bank account. Well, well, well what do you know? Paula or someone from her team logged into her accounts to authorize my payment to straight up take my money. Here is what is so enraging: She does not update her website to say she won't be filling orders. She allows people to place orders. She TAKES the money but yet won't spend 30 seconds to send me a message stating what is going on. It has been 6 days. I ordered a same day shipping 30 dollar express package. I don't care what your excuse will be Paula because if you run a website business that makes certain promises and you TAKE the money for orders and ignore your customers and send nothing you are THIEF and a FRAUD. As stated, you have someone able bodied enough to authorize the payments to take our money but cannot perform decent customer service? Not even an email? Paula took my money, she took my time, she took my trust. I will be seeking restitution. After performing extensive research on her business I have found that she has done this before in fact. Search yourself you will find it.

 Here is what a normal person does after being ripped off by someone who takes your money on promises in writing and you have to send multiple emails and get no answers for days. You write up a scam report. It wasn't until I sent Paula many more emails finally telling her that I was going to reverse the charges and file a fraud report with my bank and call the police that this morning a "your package has been shipped email" pops up in my box. She obviously doesn't care that I want my 30 dollar same day shipping charge refunded as I stated in writing. She probably didn't even read any emails from any customers in this cycle of taking orders, not shipping them as promised and then just taking the money.

So supposedly I have a package on the way I dont even really care to have to anymore that I am still paying a 30 dollar express same day shipping fee on over a week after ordering. She made it so now I don't have a choice I will be forced to send the package back myself if I want a refund. if the package even shows up and if it is actually what I ordered (item as described on website in correct quantities) I will certainly report that here. But the fact of the matter remains this isn't the first time this has happened. Stuff happens in life and I gave this company ample time and benefit of the doubt before I got really angry.

If you run a business no matter what that is and you make specific promises to customers and then just drop the ball for whatever reason and take their money it isn't good business. If you cannot run your business in times of personal emergency or crisis and be set up to handle it in a professional manner then you should not be running said business. It is not ok. It is not ok to falsely advertise. What sucks is people who order from her a lot suddenly get treated like garbage for no reason they know or will ever know. Shame on this company in general. Not cool. I will update if said package ever arrives.
