Swift Transportation Inc. Not getting paid properly Phoenix Arizona
I have been working for Swift for a little over 2 months now. I have driven between 200-800 miles every day. I looked at my checking account to see what I got paid this Tuesday and I only got paid $150.00. I have worked my butt off for these people and haven't been getting paid like they promised me. I know that they are suppose to take some money out of my check to pay for going to their academy but even with them taking that out they shouldn't be taking any more than that. I am sick and tired of working so hard and not getting paid for the miles that I do. I can't keep affording this. They also tell us that we should keep running when we have to stop due to DOT rules. I have run myself ragged doing what they want me to do. They aren't even paying me for the miles like they promised. They aren't even paying me my hours. I want to know why but they keep telling me that they are paying me. I want answers.
