SWIFT TRANSPORTATION, PHOENIX, AZ Hot loads and No pay Phoenix, Arizona
I've been with swift transportation five months, In that time
Ive been payed 30% of the time and when I do get payed
the federal government takes out more then their fair share.
I've ran over 7645 miles in three weeks and after not getting paid
for any of those miles I stock my foot down and said "I'm not moving
this truck on foot till you pay me for the miles I did and I don't want to hear
about A or B .
I forgot to say those 7645 miles where "hot loads"
over 80k in weight running past your 70 two times .
someone in swift was sending me back ways to avoid scales and jump scales
state troopers etc.
So get this I said no more to that, they rip me out of my new truck (2009 prostar)and
gave me 2006 frightshaker with 400k miles on it and docked my pay from 37cents to 29cents per mile
and told me to go away go sit in the yard with the rest of the people
