Tyre... I am in the same boat you are and they even terminated me 2 weeks ago and no payment yet.(Read my post on Swift, it's the latest one)I have been given the run around and today Swift told me I had to contact ext. 16004 for the loan dept. for the mileage reimbursement. BEWARE..that is the same dept. that collects the school loan also. I was released to solo finally and the fired me for taking pain medicine which I disclosed the day of the DOT physical and EVERYONE was aware of. As for the BAD mileage pay, you can fight that with your DM. Just Qualcomm them a lot. I was given the same manure about zip code to zip code mileage pay...well we all know that no zip code is that far off. (And I am talking within the Phoenix area, too) It is sad that a company that relies solely on their drivers for income really puts the screws to them. GOOD LUCK, Chuck
