Swift Transportation ripoff Obstruction of Justice, Witness Tampering, Witness Intimidation, Conspiracy Phoenix Arizona
Swift has been short changing the stupid drivers by as much as 20% each trip. Now a class action has been filed and Swift is losing big time.
UPDATE: Lathrop Terminal- Fleet Manager Mary Coppek has directed each one of her minion driver managers to find a reason to terminate ANY driver who has signed up on the web site as a party to the above entitled suit.
Swift is now, at the direction of the Lathrop Terminal manager and his woman, Coppek, caused themselves to become party to:
1. Obstruction of Justice
2. Witness Tampering
3. Witness Intimidation
4. Conspiracy
each count carries a prison term of no more than 10 years!
The class act suit will continue. Each driver that has already been intimidated in some form will be compensated by Swift in a action filed with the courts.
Save your records guys. Swift is losing, and this being just the first of several actions that are planned to compensate you for your actual time on the road.
Beware of company snitches. Guys that are too stupid to realize they are being used by SWIFT to snitch off anyone who discusses this class action while employed with Swift. They, as it is reported, are part of the above noted acts which the court views serious enough to ready arrest warrants....
