SWIFT SWIFT Transportation hasntered on my DAC report that i never worked for them, and ripped me off too. PHOENIX Arizona
Swift Transportation is the biggest rip off in the trucking industry and the biggst bunch of liars too..
1. I was working for them and had a load down too Miami, FL.. well got my load where it was needed to go and lumper was needed to unload the trailer. i went threw all channels to get the lumper fee taken care of, and the first check i wrote out had a same error in it and ok i fixed it called SWIFT and told them to void the first check because of a spelling error, and needed the lumper fee re processed ok.. i do everything. the lumper service took that check and kept the other one even if it though i voided it.. swift is holding me accoutable for $700 and i didnt get paid for the miles i ran from Miami to Memphis for 2 weeks no pay I return them truck to them at the memphis, tennessee terminal and turned in my keys.
2. SWIFT transportation and US xpress has reported that I never worked for them from 4-13 threw 10-14. this was brought to my attention in this past week by 2 smaller trucking companies in Searcy, Arkansas. i have proof of employment called a w-2 SWIFT.. this was on my DAC report according to the smaller companies and would not hire me because of it.. SWIFT is a crooked company and a bunch of liars!
