I ordered 2 parts June 4, 2010 for $58.95 and only received 1 of the 2 parts about a month later. After several emails over many months I was told that they did not have the part I ordered from them. I PAID FOR A PART THEY NEVER HAD!

Swimming Pools Etc told me they would have the factory ship the part to me directly, which obviously never happened. I was never contacted by Pentair. My only communication has been 6 emails and 2 phone calls to Swimming Pools Etc, of which only 3 emails have been answered. I have received nothing in over 2 months!

No thanks to these guys for lying about having a part they never actually had, stealing my money and not issuing a refund, and ignoring all my requests to have my questions answered.

I wish I would have read their poor reviews first, and I would not have had my hot tub disabled for the past 3 months! I'm going to my local dealer from now on.

Don't even think of considering these criminals!

Part #1 APC-075173 ordered 6/4/2010, shipped 6/7/2010 (ONE day later), received and signed for by the customer 6/10/2010. FedEx Tracking no.: 373464464018958.  You can visit www.fedex.com and enter this tracking # to verify. This order shipped within a business day and was received by the customer within 4 business days.  This is not "a month later" as the customer indicated.

Part #2 was a special order part.  It was promptly ordered in on the customer's behalf.  We kept him updated on his order status - we are available 7:30 AM - 4 PM M-F PST by phone as well as respond to emails throughout the day between those hours.  Customer was sent SEVERAL update notifications on this item.  Pentiar notified us that they could NOT supply us with this item, and the customer was REFUNDED IN FULL for the product immediately upon our receiving notification.
