Swindell & Associates, P.C. Scam! "FREE" Consultation is NOT Free! Dallas, Texas
I originally filled out an online request for information regarding bankruptcy. I was contacted by this firm, and they scheduled me for a "free consultation". However, over the weekend, I contracted H1N1 and called to reschedule the appointment. I was then told that if I did not make the appointment for that same week, I would be charged a $150 for cancelling the appointment.
These guys are scam artists.
