Swiss Sciences charged my credit card, unauthorized, for 69.95,,for a 1.99 trial basis, within 1 day Internet, Florida
I accepted a trial sample for 1.99, after reading reviews from local TV station, only to find out I was charged the next day, without my permission, for 69.95!!!
Completely unacceptable, and absolute fraud!
My complaints will continue, even if I have to file a police report, until my money is refunded!!!!!!

..and big time. So let me show you what to do to avoid internet fraud like this.
First..you go to the website..correct?
What you want to do FIRST..is see if the "contact" information is readily and easily accessible.
So always look for a link (on the top or bottom of the homepage), for a link to contact. IGNORE all logos on the site..anyone can copy and paste PayPal and Visa and online security etc..means NOTHING.
So, lets go to this site and look for a "contact" link..
Ahhh..there it is..on the top right side..lets click it...oops...goes to an email..no address..no phone number. If I really wanted to be contacted I would leave a phone number not only in contact..but in HUGE font on top of the home page.
So lets try another link on the site..how about "help"...
All kinds of info..but I want to contact them..I see a link..

Uhh...seems it just take you to "about us"..a complete clusterf&*k of a circle jerk. No way to call them. Live help and email is often automated..or goes nowhere. What if i want to call them? The about us tells us NOTHING of value of legitimacy of this site..only that it "claims" the corporate offices are located in Clearwater FL . Oh..that narrows it down to a city. And where is the phone number on this website? maybe I have a question BEFORE I submit CC info..like "will there be any other charges besides the $1.99 if I am naive enough submit CC info blindly??????"
Most diet and weight loss programs are scams. All you have to do is cut calories and walk. You will lose weight. There is no magic pill that can substitute for simply cutting out some carbs and trans fats..and walk/exercise. I do not have to scam anyone or charge them for this "program" Have a carrot..talk a walk and STOP giving out your credit card info to scam sites unless you investigate and research first. Or at the very least ask one of your smarter friends or family members before submitting CC information out to weight-loss websites.
You may get refunded...but that is a long shot. Once you submit CC information out..most likely..you have agreed to something you have no idea and is a total scam..and you AUTHORIZED it as well. If you authorize a charge knowingly or not..it is NOT always easy to get a refund just because you want it or realize AFTER the fact.
