I have seen you have a report on this already but my experience is a little different from what you have. I sent SwissBank-Corp a small amount in BTC to open an account with them. It was equivalent to around $10.00. I like to test out before adding. When I returned to check if the payment had processed my account showed $2.21 had been added to my account. Just like you I contacted them and tried to have it corrected. No reply. This is straight out stealing your money. I wonder if the bank they claim to be allied to even exists.
