Team Rebutt mission on these reports is to belittle persons making comments. Never do they help and offer unwanted advice. Watch out they will attack you and call you name like this would solve the problem

I think Consumer's reply for me to "accept their offer and pay your bill" was very rude! They stated they believed my complaint until they read where I wanted to talk to the company of my original purchase first. The only reason I wanted to talk to them first was to inform them of the tactics and attitude of the Credit Card Service they were using. No one should be subjected to rude and obnoxious customer service from any company. The company where I made my purchase was very appreciative of me making them aware of how this credit card company responded. I cancelled my credit card with them and will use the business where I purchase my item flex pay option. I will make sure in the future what company is doing the original companies credit card before I use something like that again. The only reason I got their credit card was to save $20 on my original purchase. But, there is no amount of savings worth having to put up with rude customer service calls.

I believed your claim that you had not received a bill since February until I read, "I told him I would not pay anything until I talked with the company where I had made my purchase."
