Complaint Review: Sxean Lee-David - Internet

Of Course another worthless Hacker trying to libel my person on the Internet. What happened here was that I used craigslist to find a Machinist to create prototype parts that I've Patented. Michael Stephan Prime listed himself as a Machinist. My mistake was I was in a hurry and didn't bother to run a background check on him until after the mess he created. First of all, he's not a Machinist. Doesn't even come close, I had to constantly monitor the "progress" he was making because he didn't know what he was doing. When he started taking my directions personally, and became defensive. I suspected he was a fraud. So I ran a background check and this is what I found on the person posting on this old rip-off-report that the original poster already admitted to lying about and apologizing for.

That's right, Michael Stephan Prime is just another 2 bit Crook trying to blame somebody else for his own indadequacies.

Sxean-Lee-David has started problems for me also.

He is caught in MULTIPLE lies and using the fake name "juanjohn" on this thread:

He claims "his personal" property was stolen, yet never says what that was or how it was stolen.

He "Laughs Out Loud" while reporting that he is a victim?  What victim would find that funny?

He offers nothing but irrelevant links to unrelated, outdated, and slanderous information by other people from a different topic.

He claims he never called me, even after I showed a photo with proof from my iPhone.  (Perhaps he didn't see that I included evidence and felt like denying it as a hair trigger responce.)

Nothing he says is relevant to his claim of having "his personal property" stolen.

Him insulting my machinist ability is exactly what I said he does in my rebutal before his reply.

Him "LOL"ing inappropriately is exactly how I explained you can identify him when he uses fake names online.  And then he did exactly that to his reply to my rebutal explaining his "LOL"ing.

Him fussing over my machinist skill level and saying I can "not take instructions" is exactly the entire problem with Sxean.  I explained to him 2 or 3 times before his hater posing on rippoffreport, that I QUIT because he agreed to "Freestyle on a Lathe" and ~not~ machinist quality work because I would charge $50 an hour for machinist quality.  Later he began insulting my freestyle work that we agreed on and demanding .05" tolerances.  Now here he is once again saying my work was not machinist quality and calling me a beginner.  What part of "Freestyle on a lathe" has anything to do with Machinist tolerances of ANY level?  Nothing!

Case and point.  Sxean has proven with his posts that he is full of s**t for the reasons outlined above.

Yes,  I am saying this.  To anyone that may come across this for any reason please do not let it change your opinion of Sxean Lee David.  I took his class back in December of 2009 for only $300.  I was excited to learn something related to the videogame field.  He seemed very knowledgable upon first meeting.  At the end of the first introduction seminar I wanted to know more and possibly sign up for his class. 

Even though the class was only running for $300 dollars for 3 months worth of weekly courses I couldn't afford to pay up front.  So I had asked him if it would be ok for me to pay him in two payments.  He said this would be fine.  So before starting the first class I wrote him a check for $150.  However a few days later I learned the check had not gone through.  It is as he says.  I wrote him a fraudulant check.  The check was from a bank account that I had previously closed.  When I realized I had done this I was extremely embarrassed to say the least.  However, even though he is saying he reported me to Chex Systems he did not.  He believed me.  He said it would be fine if I was to give him a money order upon our next meeting.  He was so compassionate to forgive this after it had caused him issues with his bank account and additional fee's which he never even charged me for.  And after all of this he was still willing to work with me about paying the other half.

   I couldn't explain how grateful I was.  He knew that I wanted to learn the material and he was willing to work with me anyway he could in order to do so.  Maybe only two weeks later my grandmother that I have spent the last four years of my life taking care of passed away.  I was so busy with trying to decide what I was going to do and at the time I found myself to be completely broke.  So I made a scene during a seminar and later told Sxean I was not interested in taking his classes and that I wished to get a refund.  He refused which of course was appropriate considering he had already started teaching me material that probably couldnt be forgotten.  However I was so angry that I tried to do anything in my power to get a refund.  Which in the end resulted in getting nothing.  So I decided to try to slander him over the internet like I have here and the other report.

  Everything that has been used to describe him negatively before this comment was made by me.  He is a completely honest and hardworking person. 

   So Sxean the only thing I can ask for now is your forgiveness.  If there is anything I can do to help you in anyway for what I have already done I would be glad to help.  However I would like you to know that after leaving your class I did not go any further with the programs you had given me.  Everything was put behind me after I left the class.  Can I prove this to you?  No,  I guess I can not.  Still that doesn't necessarily excuse me from the slandering actions I have taken against you.  So please let me know if I can help.

   If you do not wish to have anything to do with me in anyway that I can also completely understand.  I will let you decide.  Whatever the case I would like to say I am sorry and I hope if anyone does read this they will get the right idea about you.  How you have more interest in teaching others than obtaining a extra dollar. 

I am one of the other students in this Game design class... and I think I remember you from the first two class meetings... to which Sxean was... MABEY 10 minutes late... to the first one... Im not certian how you could have percieved that as 2 hours to three classes, perhaps you were 2 hours early? or mabey have a very poor concept of time?

Suffice to say, I stayed in the class, (which is ongoing! check your d**n facts!) and have already learned some very usefull stuff for game design, I already have piles of concept art, 3D models well under way, and we're curently covering scripting, and if this really was a ripoff, I don't think he would keep showing up, or even be so helpful... when I have questions involving the software, I just email Sxean and I get straight answers back... were you talking to someone different?

Also! Have you done any REAL research into his credentials? (I am very annoyed when people do half-assed research, or in this case, no-assed) Sxean's name is on the back of Age of Mythology and Impossible Creatures as well as a few other great games! he clearly knows what he's doing, regardless of any connections with the matrix or the Wachowskis...

anyway... mabey you should have given the man a chance instead of shrugging him off after just 4 hours with him!

I apologize to anyone else reading this for any unwelcome profanity, idiots give me headaches, which makes me cranky...

First of all CURTIS NEWTON, paid for only half the course with a Check that was written from a year old Closed Bank Account. When I informed Curtis Newton, that MY bank required that I press charges for his fraudulent in order for them to reverse the penalty fee's,  he decided to quit the the Class. He basically was trying to acquire my Instructional materials and first two weeks of  in-class training without paying.

  How interesting.  I assume you are actually talking about the company called DreamScapesAxis with a "S" after Scape.  I havent exactly been through the same dilemma as yourself but I am well aware of Sxean Lee-Davids spineless way of promothing his business DreamScapesAxis.

  If you would like more information you can check out the report I will be filing on DreamScapesAxis to warn others upon reading this report.  Im very sorry to hear that your class had to suffer due to this mans unprofessionalism.  Well lets hope others dont make the same mistake.
