Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Hi my name is Shawn, and I have been blamed for a lot of bad happenings this questionable company is now going through. Like many, past and present, I swallowed their garbage hook, line, and sinker. However, after just a few short weeks, my eyes began opening, and hopefully, yours will too!
Am I a former disgruntled employee as they may indicate? Nope, I've moved on to much bigger and far better things, but since they are now trying to threaten me with pending lawsuits and far fetched bogus certified letters, I will now happily provide you with all the facts.

First and foremost, they will get you to sign several documents, one of those, in small print is a paragraph titled "Do Not Compete." The legality in and of itself is not supported by the state of South Carolina. So, that pathetic clause that's added in, under the eyes of the law, is completely invalid! So, if you are a present employee, feel free to work elsewhere cause there is absolutely nothing these morons can do to you. Threats, and weak ones at that, are all they can do!

Every morning, this company has you attend a "Mandatory" meeting, often times lasting two or more hours. Since you are a "Commission Only" employee, this is UNPAID training! Hmmmmmmmmm, that just might be a tad illegal!

As an employee of Synergy Management, they steadily tell you that you are not an employee of Coast to Coast Auto Glass, just representing them as far as sales are concerned. Yet, some of those possibly out dated business license they hand you clearly indicate you as an employee of Coast to Coast. That too just might be questionable under the eyes of the law. If you presently work there, or are possibly considering employment with these folks, simply ask them how many account reps have recently been issued a ticket, or have gone to jail for "Soliciting Without A License?" Chance are, the words you hear, like most everything else, will be nothing more than a blatant lie! It seems these folks are good at telling a bunch of lies.

Also, you just might receive your paycheck after 3 or 4 weeks of long, rather lengthy hours, but when you do, you just might be a little shocked at the amount. Speaking of lengthy hours, you'll be walking subdivisions up until 8 at night, regardless of the weather conditions. Chances are, if you have a car, you'll be playing taxi with nobody helping you out with the gas too.

Here is a solid fact! Coast to Coast Auto Glass does not, nor cannot, participate in ANY insurance companies "Preferred" glass program. However, they claim to be the 2nd largest "Independently Owned" glass shop in America. Yeah, but who is their "Independent" owner? If they are that large, then they should easily be a participant in EVERY insurance companies glass program, but chances are, that will never happen. Be it a bad reputation, or bad installation, or whatever, the chance for them to ever be a participant is between slim and none.

Up until yesterday, I honestly didn't care anything at all about this company, but the manager/owner/president of Prospect Inc., a Florida based company who states they represent Coast to Coast Auto Glass, a Ryan Irish called an individual who has nothing to do with anything and left a rather priceless voice message on this person's cell phone. Ryan Irish stated he was at an Attorney General's office and was going to serve me, and a few more, stating names, with cease and desist orders. I did try and return his call but the call itself wouldn't go through. However, his call is a direct violation of the PRIVACY ACT! Thank you Ryan Irish for that priceless call!

Why did he threaten me? It's simple. After my brief stint with Synergy Management, I went to work with a legitimate glass company. Apparently, their recent "problems" they are encountering, I am being accredited for. I am deeply honored they feel that strongly about me! In all honesty, as I have already stated, I moved on, but since this guy called an individual's cell phone and left that priceless PRIVACY ACT VIOLATION message yesterday (06/03/2010), I guess I'll go ahead and play, but they wont like how I play!

Synergy Management, Prospect Inc., and Coast to Coast Auto Glass thinks they own the world and are above the law, but I've got news for them.... They DON'T!!! I have signed documentation as to some of their illegal flagrant violations. A customer has a video tape of an installer replacing his windshield while it was raining. Is that a big deal? Who knows, it just might be! Oh yeah boys, I've got a ton of other goodies on you, so let's play!

If you are planning on working for these folks, then go for it, but I guarantee you that it will not take long before you find out for yourself that everything, plus a lot more, that I have stated here is truer than the truth itself! I wish you well, but as for Synergy Management and Prospect Inc., I now will be getting involved. You can't scare someone who can't be scared, and you certainly cannot intimidate someone who has the law on their side.

Game on!!!

Both Companies Are Scammers

#2Consumer Suggestion

Fri, September 10, 2010

Both Synergy and Sterling should be avoided at all costs! Shawn's report reflects what the job environement is like. You are never paid and everyone just sits around complaining about Synergy and how everyone will be rich when the lawsuit goes through. At Sterling you are also told to commit fraud and be rude to customers saying you work for Coast to Coast. Your only job is to give Synergy a worse name then it already has. Shawn also asked me to commit crimes several times under to guise of getting back at Andrew, the owner. I was told to break windows and mug old women after telling them I worked for Coast to Coast. Avoid both companies and work at Wal-Mart, as they have no bad press at all.
