Synergy Management Scentura Creations FYI... ripoff San Jose California
Well... How to start. I found a job listing on Craigslist.com and so I replied thinking that this a great opportunity to get me back into sales. So I called the person I spoke with was the Office Manager Melinda Guiterrez and she scheduled me an interview that same day. The interview was short and quick. It didnt go over anything besides the fact that I might get a phone call for a second interview. JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER RIPOFF REPORTS.
So I got a call the same day saying I was inviting back to the second interview but it would be the following Thursday. I was anxious and excited... So today was Thursday, I got there at noon like scheduled and there were like 30 people there. So I sat down and started to listen to D.C. Manager Elizabeth Gelb had to say (explaining who she was blah blah blah) , then came her partner Evan Salvador...
So He came and started explaining the whole company... Pay, Benefits, Training Program and The Industry (Larry Hahn). That went on for 3 hours. So here is the funny part... Evan was talking about how he went to college (he is only 25 years old and been with the company 5 years) and got a 4 year degree in Computer Engineer. I am NO MATH WIZ but so he is telling me he graduated at 20 years old to become a Computer Engineer. So I started wondering is this a SCAM...
I finished the whole second interview and then we were pulled to this room with Elizabeth to let us know if we were hired or not. Of course, we were hired but we were to fill out this paper with all your information on it (like it was going to be used like blackmail) She keep telling us that she doesnt care what we did in the past as long as we were honest. That seemed like BANANAS to me...
So I guess I am not going to go back there to turn in my screening sheet. What a waste of time... I am soooo glad that I found this website to VENT and let other people know about this corporation. Hopefully this helps people out.
